Excellent place to stay with amazing hospitality. Thanks a lot to the bunch of people who made our stay a memorable one. Thank you Mr. Shadab Ali , Mr Bishnu Mahato , Mr Tilak Roy , Mr Piyush and their entire team for attending to all our requests. Extremely well mannered team and well behaved. Few suggestions: 1. This hotel has a vibe. A very scenic and cozy one. Rooms are cozy and the view from the room is just awesome. The staffs are so well mannered. The food is A class. I went with my 8 months old baby and baby food was also available which could be customised. Sulagna Ghosh

Good hotel - Location & Service The property is located right at the Mall circle. Walkable distance of 3-4 mins. This is my 2nd visit here. However, the room cleanliness requires urgent attention. Very polite staff. Parking is a real issue if you are booking from online platforms. Else you keep paying 400 per day at public parking. I wasn't provided with a parking spot though the requested online. However, the security personnel (forgot his name , starts with B and usually on duty during day time) helped to get a parking spot on Day 2 bear Raj Bhawan. Food is okay to good. Service is very prompt. Lack of cleanliness in rooms - towels, bed linens (washed and cleaned but not spotless). Furnitures are like "we need maintenance". Hot water is always available but you have to plan well as it delivers 10 litres in 20 mins. Showers and bath area are too small though. WiFi: It doesn’t work though they claim that it is working for everyone. There is a nice lounge area to hang out. Front office manager: Mr.Sajid (if I remember the name correctly) - Not very welcoming, though he didn't do anything wrong. Seems like just doing his job and doesn't care much for guests. Front office executive: Ms. Sradhanjali, extremely helpful and happy to help always with a smile. She assisted me in sorting out the payment options so that I don't need to walk to Mall road, to take out cash from ATM. Thank you. Service folks: Everyone has been prompt and very helpful. Mr. Piyush at restaurant has been amazing and very helpful again. Thank you For the management: The property and your staffs are good but needs maintenance badly(internally). Please look into it. Paying 5k per day deserves more which your competitors provide around you. Not to forget , some arrangement for guest parking is required.

This was my first time in Darjeeling and probably the best because of the little tibet resort. This resort has the best food for breakfast lunch as well as dinner as they serve homely food which brings you back home. The service as well is impeccabl. I will surely stay here again if I were to visit Darjeeling. Their inbuilt store as well which is run by the owner is the best as they offer the best prices. This resort is very close to the Darjeeling Mall road.

A hidden and quaint hotel, with a great location in Darjeeling. We stayed as a group and access to the Mall Road for a walk or to the DGHC offices for meetings was quite convenient. Their restaurant provided delicious dishes on order, food was not spicy and was made to suit our taste. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Outdoor sitting by the lawn was a great experience to have a cup of coffee (or tea).
